Mind Map
The mind is a landscape without fixed borders—a place where memory and dreams, reality and imagination, the past and the present, meet, overlap, and dissolve into one another.
This exhibition unfolds from that inner landscape. Through ceramics and antique wooden furniture, I explore the ways in which our inner worlds shape the reality we perceive, and how objects can hold traces of lives, emotions, and memories long after their original moments have passed.
Wood carries the quiet language of time. Its worn surfaces, marks, and imperfections speak of hands that touched it, spaces it inhabited, and lives that unfolded around it. Ceramics, shaped by hand and transformed through fire, carry another kind of memory—the trace of making, of touch, pressure, movement, and change.
Together, these materials become fragments of an inner archive. They create a dialogue between what is inherited and what is reimagined, between what remains and what is continually becoming.
The works also reflect on identity—not as something fixed, but as something porous and constantly shifting. We are shaped by what we remember, what we experience, whom we encounter, and what we leave behind. Solitude becomes a space within this process: a quiet territory for looking inward, where memories can surface, change form, and find new meaning.
There is no final map. No single way to read these works, and no definitive answer waiting at their centre. Like memory itself, meaning remains fluid—fragmented, layered, and unfinished.
The mind map is always evolving. With every experience, every encounter, every remembered and forgotten moment, another line is drawn.
